    Tiny Bostock

    Any one got much info on him?

    He was a boxer from near area

    boxres said his record is: won 91 (KO 29) + lost 20 (KO 3) + drawn 6 = 117

    but other sources say his record is 219 fights and only lost 10.

    He boxed at flyweight and also beat american number 1 Small Montana.

    Also i'd be asking to much if anyone had a video of him fighting wouldnt i. lol

    Tiny Bostock was my grandfather. I'm afraid I don't have much information about it, other than what you is on the internet. Why the interest in him? Are you from Leek?

      This is a turn up, cant believe I've stumbled across this but Tiny Bostock was my Dad uncle so my great uncle. Weird really and I have some photo's and even a video of Tiny.         Yes i'm from Leek. Thats why the intrest in him.

        Could you possibly upload them to youtube? and send the link? Please. I'v just read about him in the Leek post and so and would of liked to of seen his fights.

          I can try and email you some scanned pictures but I wouldnt want to try anything with the video incase i erase it!

          Can I ask who you are? I have some family links in Leek. My dad (Tinys nephew) is from Leek. Thats Kev Mellor.

          Did you ever receive anything back from the other guy Britabroard? Tiny grandson? We obviously distant relations and it would be good to make contact.
