Does anyone know of any resources that discuss Flynn's first bout with Dempsey? It's rumored that the fight was fixed, and Dempsey took a dive in the first round, because he was desperate for money.

I have seen some things that present the case that this was indeed the case and I have seen other sources that present it as a legit loss.
