Lennox Lewis vs. Rid**** Bowe

who do you think would've won if these two fought in the pros? I think Bowe would've gave Lewis some trouble early in the fight, and possibly knockdown Lewis. However, I see Lewis coming back in the fight, to win a pretty close decision.

Definitely favour Lewis.
Think Bowe was the better combination puncher in his prime, but Lewis was smarter (as long as he took his opponent seriously, & he'd take Bowe seriously).

I actually think Bowe would win this one. I think Bowe has a better chin than Lewis, and this could pay dividends in the fight. If they fought in their primes Bowe would win.

I would say that while Bowe obviously improved under the tuteledge of Eddie Futch as trainer, there were times that I thought that Bowe could win this matchup. However with Bowe refusing to fight Lewis when the chance was there I feel that Bowe mentally would not be at the races if they had've met. Factor in also the amatuer win and the fact that when Lewis was up for it he was devastating(Ruddock, Golota & Grant)

This would be a great fight if they could have met in their respective primes.
I think that Bowe was at his best in the Jorge Luis Gonzalez fight. His peak seemed shorter that Lewis's. For all of Bowe's talents, I think he lacked something upstairs. Lennox was more disciplined to stay with his game plan.
If they fought 100 times, I'de say Lewis wins 55 of them.

What chin is that, the one that Holyfield touched up, last I checked, Lewis wasn't in a life and death battle and beaten by Holy!
