Pep is prolly ranked higher cuz he did more in his career, similar to dempsey being ranked higher than tunney. However, saddler head to head beats pep it seems like. To me Rid**** Bowe would beat alomst every heavyweight before liston's era, but he doesn't make top 10 cuz hes an underachiever.
