The media in Bulgaria writes that Anthony Joshua vs. Kubrat Pulev will go ahead in Istanbul (Turkey) on the grand football (soccer) stadium owned by Besiktas. The venue seats 40,000. Exact site is to be announced. An official confirmation from the parties involved that include Matchroom and Top Rank have yet to come.

The EBU announced that Isaac Real (20-3-1) and Tomi Silveinnonen clash for the vacant EU title on March 14 in Spain on a Gallego Prada promotion. This comes rather surprisingly as today was the day for the scheduled purse bids for a showdown between Real and Kerman Lejarraga but MGZ withdrew their man and Real was left without an opponent.

Silveinnonen (9-1) won the vacant WBC Youth Silver in April of 2019 but haven´t  fought since then.

Buccioni Boxing Team bid 90,000 Euro and thus won purse bids for the fight for the vacant EBU super middleweight title between former WBA ruler Giovanni De Carolis (28-9-1) and German Emre Cukur (14-0). Date and site is to be announced.

De Carolis is currently sparring with Danish light heavyweight Jeppe Morell in Rome.

Danish cruiserweight prospect Ditlev Rossing is in against Ukrainan Sviatoslav Svyryd on February 1 in Copenhagen on the next Danish Fight Night Promotion. Rossing, back from a hand injury, recently turned down an offer to fight for the vacant EU title to allow the hand more time to heal - and was last year also offered a fight against WBA champ Arsen Goulamirian but had to turn it down for the same reason.
