On September 9, Moscow will host a boxing show organized by Russian promoter Andrey Ryabinsky of World of Boxing.

In the main event, there will be an exciting showdown when the junior welterweight world champion of the IBF and IBO, 36-year-old Russian citizen Eduard Troyanovsky (24-0, 21 KOs), and the mandatory challenger for the International Boxing Federation, 29-year-old Japanese fighter Keita Obara (16-1-1, 15 KOs).

If Troyanosvky comes through with the win, he might be in line for a very lucrative opportunity in a unification with WBC/WBO world champion Terence Crawford (29-0, 20KOs) of the United States. Crawford is slated to return to the ring before the end of the year but there is no opponent on the agenda as of yet.

The second co-feature of the evening will feature Beijing Olympic champion, and the former world champion of the IBO under cruiserweight - 33-year-old Rakhim Chakhkiev.

Chakhkiev is starting his new campaign for the championship and this is his second fight this year. In May, he defeated Hungarian contender Tamas Lodi by way of unanimous decision. The Olympic gold medal winner is still trying to recover from his crushing knockout loss from last year to Ola Afolabi.

Aleksey Papin is preparing for his fourth pro fight on the ring. This year Papin has already fought twice. Sergey Lubkovich (2-0-0, 2 KO) is still in the beginning of his sports path and now moves on with his third fight.
