Tijuana's David "Morita" De La Mora (24-1, 17KOs) is more than ready for his second opportunity at a title. He continues to train for his upcoming fight against WBA bantamweight champion Anselmo "Chemito" Moreno (32-1, 11 KOs) of Panama, scheduled for April 21st at the Don Haskins Convention Center in El Paso, Texas.

After being unable to unseat "regular" WBA champion Koki Kameda last summer in Japan, De La Mora wants to redeem himself by bringing the championship back home.

"We are honored that a champion like Anselmo Moreno is worried about me. Moreno is a great champion and I respect him a lot, but I have all the confidence in the world that I'll be able to make the perfect fight to win the title," De La Mora said.

"I can not fail. This is my second chance and I'm going to take it. My victory will have extra value because my opponent is one of the best pound for pound fighters at the moment. We will demonstrate what we are made of, and show that we are ready to die in the line [of battle] to present another title to Tijuana and Mexico."
