Fress’ only loss came at the hands of Armand Xhoxhaj the first time he fought for this title, but he has since racked up seven straight wins, winning the IBO Inter-Continental and WBC International titles along the way.

In the other main bout, super middle Artur Reis, 14-1 (9 KOs), meets Croatian Mate Rudan, 8-0 (7 KOs), for the vacant IBF European title. Reis’ only loss was to Cuban Osleys Iglesias, but he has won three fights since.
