Former middleweight champion Arthur Abraham (32-3, 26KOs) is in for a tough return on January 14th in Offenburg, Germany. He faces the durable Pablo Oscar Natalio Farias (19-1, 11KOs). Abraham took a moment to talk about several subjects with journalist Alexander Pavlov. One subject was the proposed clash between WBO cruiserweight champion Marco Huck and WBA "regular" heavyweight king Alexander Povetkin.
"They have already discusses this fight for February. In this fight, I think its going to be very difficult for Huck because he's not a super heavyweight," Abraham said.
Abraham also gave praise to rising middleweight force Gennady Golovkin, picking him to beat WBA champion Felix Sturm.
"As far as how good Golovkin really is, we will see in the fight against [Felix] Sturm. I think the Kazakhstani will win. How is Sturm the super champion? Look at his last fight," Abraham said.
