It is a cringe worthy case of hooliganism.

I would not doubt these kids copied it from that movie Brad Pitt was in playing an American Lieutenant in Inglourious Basterds. Towards the end of the movie he carved a swastika into a **** soldier's face who gained freedom in the US. This kid looks like it was just scratched however. The media would not have gotten many peoples attention if they said scratched which seems to be more accurate but it doesn't lessen the crime.

Hopefully they catch these **** and deal with them soundly.
