Why is it surprising that someone swimming in water with great white sharks gets eaten?

It's surprising because its rare for a Great White to attack 'apparently' - also this one was in 60 years since a last fatal attack in Sydney, Australia.

The man also got ripped in half so yeah, a bit gruesome.

I surfed for years and encountered sharks. I’ve gone swimming with sharks. Sharks are super smart. This shark probably mistook the swimmer for a seal

I saw one where the cat got in DoDo's car and was wild as hell. By the end of the video the cat was sleeping and purring in his house.
