About Turkey

Beef is king, but I prefer roasted turkey over chicken, especially with gravy. I don't eat turkey outside of Thanksgiving but that's because pan frying a chicken breast is way quicker/easier than roasting a turkey in the oven.

I sometimes make turkey sandwiches but that's it. I prefer ham over turkey for the holidays.
