Don't waste your time with Masstech that stuff is literally 80% carbs.
384g of carbs per serving who needs a serving that big seriously? No wonder people report gaining 20lbs on it I can almost assure you 19 of them will be waterweight.
Buy a cheap whey and a big tub/bag of ultra fine Scottish oats and make your own. If you need more calories then chuck some banana's, lentils, nuts etc into a blender.
It'll be a lot cheaper with Masstech you're practically buying a huge tub of extortionately priced carbs with a mere kg of whey chucked in.
Buy them separate you're looking at half the price and that is without buying the whey in bulk

im set on gaining another 10lbs in the next month.
im 162 right now. ill post the gain.
if youve tried this stuff im talking about then ill take your criticism openly. if not, then not sure the negativity towards it. but the fact that its the only supplement that was effective for me, ill stick to this formula. ive weighed 147 pretty much all my life, now im 158-160 dry.
waste of time is preparing all that natural organic ingredients you posted.
with this shake its pour, shake, chug.
not all metabolism are made the same. ours is FKING high. you guys can probably eat a serving of white rice and gain 5 lbs. we are not capable of that.
