    100g of salmon(fatty fish):

    calories: 180
    Protein: 20g
    Fats 11,2 g
    Carbs: 0 g
    Fiber: 0g

Vitamins are more or less not given. Besides 20mg Magnesium(banana 30mg) and Vitamin B12.

    Now 100g Lentil:

    Calories: 320
    Protein: 25g
    Fats: 1.5g
    Carbs: 50g
    Fiber 12.5g

Mentionable Vitamins and minerals: Kalium, Magnesium(75mg),zinc,iron

    Avocado 100g:

    Calories: 140
    Protein: 1,5g
    Fats: 12.5g
    Carbs: 4g
    Fiber: 4,1g

Besides that a huge spectrum of different vitamins and minerals.

    Verdict:

You can get full with 100g lentils and 100g avocado.
You CANīT get full with 100g fish.

Besides that lentils and avocado got vitamins and fiber and carbs.

Low Carb is bull****. And I wanna see you digest with your 0g of fiber lol
Who said there was going to be zero fibre? You just listed 460 calories in one meal to get the same amount of protein and fat as a piece of salmon, which is 180. I could very easily find all that fibre and other nutrients in a smoothie for a lot less than 300 calories and more importantly it will taste a lot better than lentils and an avocado. Who is going to make a lentil dish that this kid is going to enjoy? You expect him to be satisfied eating it out of a can? What you're proposing is ridiculous and typically the reason quit their diet. It's unsatisfyng and tastes like ****. Nowhere in my original post did I omit vegetables or fibre. Every morning I have a smoothie full of steel cut oats, pure cacao powder, kale, avocado, banana, whey protein. That is much more practical for a kid that is used to eating pizza and kfc, as opposed to suggesting a plate of beans and avocado.

Verdict: vegan pushers are annoying and clueless.

And the vast majority you lost was probably water and carbs and not fat.

      Here science:

      Low Carb disadvantage:

      Eggs and diabetese:

      Eggs and cardiovascular disease:

      Eggs,fish,meat and milk and cancer:

Yeah I was warned by family members that eggs had high chole but I read it was the good type of chole. I'm not recommending this as a long term thing, just a crash diet. It worked for me. I managed to keep the stone off, it wasn't just water I lost. Eggs are recognised as a superfood and a miracle by some. Just google it. I swear by them. I also forgot to mention that eating eggs for a month also gave me thicker lustrous hair.

the cholesterol in eggs being bad is a myth that has been debunked years ago. Heart attack survivors with shot arteries are allowed to eat eggs. They are perfectly safe. I've been eating a dozen eggs a week for over a decade and have great blood results.

You both just gonna ignore the sciene?
          Lol

Iīm out. Science can not compete with your knowledges.

Just looking at your profile pic is enough for me to know I canīt compete with that.

          Here is a joke:

What do you call a white girl that runs faster than her brothers:

          A redneck ******.

            Here's another perspective.

Why do you keep referring to what you post as if they're the only studies with merit? There is ample evidence suggesting yolk being bad is bull****. I also trust my blood work over the garbage you keep posting.

I Can't give up meat and eggs or dairy... Wouldn't feel right. I Try to get omega 3 enriched eggs with no added hormones, costs about a buck or two more...I also try to eat only pasture fed meat, but can't every time. It's all good. Also pasture fed cows milk (6bucks a gallon though) or almond milk, or soy or cashew milk..they got all kinds. I usually pick up a carton and just drink off it for a week. Then get something else.... Oh, And non gmo across the board. I like fair life milk too.

I'm pretty sure those studies downing meat and eggs and dairy didn't differentiate between factory fodder and pasture fed.... I think that organic is the way to go....

Oh yeah this article is really scientific.

Keep your bs knowledge for yourself if its not science.

Lol the findings in the article were supported by multiple studies that were referenced in almost every paragraph. You can click the little numbers at the end of practically every sentence and see the scientific studies for yourself. Don't get your panties in a bunch because it doesn't support the outdated ideas you are promoting. You're a great example of why people can't stand vegetarians and vegans. You're unbelievably smug and think you're always right even in the face of evidence.

I find porridge really filling, if I have a bowl in the morning I wont need to eat until late afternoon. You don't need much in a bowl you can grow the meal by adding more water. You don't have to make it with milk, water tastes good so you can remove the calories a bit. It's got quite high protein and has all kinds of other health benefits. Plus its really cheap. A AU$1 pack will last me two weeks and provide breakfast every day
