    Name some foods that fill you up for a long time?

    Also how long if I have a 500 cal deficit will it take to go form 20 % bf to 10% (doing weights too)?????????

    I think you need to stay away from foods that spike your blood sugar and then dumps a bunch of insulin into your body as a response. You need to stay away from cereals, wheat, and sugars. These will just keep you hungry all day because your blood sugar will be all over the place instead of stable. If you're looking to be in a deficit id recommend eating lots of fish because it's low in calories but full of healthy fats and tons of protein. I'd recommend eating two meals a day and having two smoothies a day which will have cacao powder, protein and spinach/kale. You'll get all your nutrients from those smoothies and they keep you full. This will also keep you at around 1500 calories which is where it sounds like you want to be.

      Check out the satiety index, based on how full people feel for how long after eating different foods -

      Lots of vegetables is always a good idea on a calorie deficit.

            Ive found a way to kill hunger im gonna smash this fat loss thing with ease

            basically eat high satiety foods, find which ones have the strongest effect on you

            I wonder how long it takes to see results with aggressive calorie restriction?

              It won't show up before the fatigue and general low energy because of your insufficient calorie intake. Expect headaches.

                Fish is actually unhealthy as it contains heavy metals such as quick silver, which are in there because human ****ed up the ocean/earth.

                Quick silver is associated with alzheimer and if I remember correctly cancer.

                There are also medical studies which found out that fish helps cancer cells grow.

                  2 things make you full:

                  Calorie dense food and volume dense food.

                  Volume dense food is there the better option in your case.

                  Eat food that is high in fiber and water and not dehydrated food.


                  For example great up filling foods are:

                  Potatos,Rice,Oatmeal,Beans,Vegetables,bananas,frui ts in general,lentils etc.

                  Just make sure they are high in Volume,fiber and water and they´ll fill you up

                    youd have to go all organic or natural vegan to minimize risk i guess? can u even get organic fish that are free of mercury etc?
