I think you need to stay away from foods that spike your blood sugar and then dumps a bunch of insulin into your body as a response. You need to stay away from cereals, wheat, and sugars. These will just keep you hungry all day because your blood sugar will be all over the place instead of stable. If you're looking to be in a deficit id recommend eating lots of fish because it's low in calories but full of healthy fats and tons of protein. I'd recommend eating two meals a day and having two smoothies a day which will have cacao powder, protein and spinach/kale. You'll get all your nutrients from those smoothies and they keep you full. This will also keep you at around 1500 calories which is where it sounds like you want to be.

Fish is actually unhealthy as it contains heavy metals such as quick silver, which are in there because human ****ed up the ocean/earth.
Quick silver is associated with alzheimer and if I remember correctly cancer.
There are also medical studies which found out that fish helps cancer cells grow.
