    How fast do you sprint

    On the theadmill I can sprint 12,5 miles per hour (20km/h) for 3 full minutes. Is this any good?
    If the damn thing would go faster I would.

        u can nearly qualify for 100m sprint in olympics lol
        the qualification time is 10.18.
        but like u said, a second is looooooong in the sprint world. so 0.4s is no easy improvement haha

          As fast as minions.
          Tbh , i'm not that fast but can run at 16kmh for straight 10 minutes. If the machine can go up more , probably my max will be 20+/- kmh.

            well i prefer to sprint on an oval. treadmills aren't that good for sprints and HIIT

            and u should be sprinting like u are running for your life lol.

              Well...what if you think your life is worthless ? I prefer swimming btw , running is just a winter thing for me, and treadmill ? It's just for fun

                  How fast can you run a mile doe? My personal best is 5m 13s. Fastest I can sprint is about 15mph (over 100m).

                    I think probably the best runs for amateur boxers preparing for 3x3 rounds, is 3-4km run at an extremely hard pace, preferably with a couple hills in there, and finishing with a 50-100m sprint and having a couple other 40-50m sprints mixed in.

                    I used to do 3km (its like just under 2 miles) with hills mixed in, in about 9:50 or so. I was fit as fcuk. Like super fit.
