    One workout/recipient for life?

    If you were limited to only one workout (besides boxing) or piece of equipment to supplement boxing what would it be?

    Personally....The kettlebell.

          I could incorporate some cardio into the boxing training so i would probably choose a barbell and do deadlifts, squats, benchpress.

            There can't be many better workouts than rope skipping with weighted handles! For as long as you throw quite a lot of doubles, knee lifts and other tricks in.

            Full body workout!!

              Does jumping rope count as boxing? If it does, then I'd pick roadwork. And I hate roadwork.

                Isometrics or calisthenics.

                Isometrics are pretty good for exlposive strength, aid in speed and power.

                  Keith Weber's Extreme Kettlebell Cardio Workout will kick your ass every time. His second DVD is even harder...if you only have an hour a day for conditioning you can't do much better.
