What's wrong with the Title boots? Do they feel as cheap as they are? I don't have much money so I was considering getting a pair of their ankle high shoes.

That's exactly what it is, they're cheap and poorly made; I've owned two pairs of different styles. I would try to save up a bit more for some higher quality boxing boots and suggest signing up to different boxing websites to be alerted of their sales.
