    Need some good advice

    First post on here but was hoping to get some good advice from the people on here.

    I want start doing press ups and sit ups soon as I get up in the morning work to 10 down to 0 is that a good idea or should I mix it up a bit?

    Whats better running sprints or swimming? Would like to hit boxing gym 3 to 4 times a week and add these in aswell?

    What are good exercises at the gym that will help me out in boxing?

    I want my hand speed to be quicker what exercises will help?

    And what are peoples views on creatine in boxing?? Good or Bad??
