    My Diet for Making Weight

    This is the diet I undergo to make weight. I usually loose about a stone in 8 weeks or so. My lazy weight is 88kg and my fighting weight is 75kg.

    Breakfast: Protein Shake or 3-4 Eggs. Jam or Low-Fat Peanut Butter on Wholegrain Toast. Fruit.

    Mid-Morning: Tin of Mackeriel and Fruit.

    Lunch: Beef Chilli with Rice and Veg

    Mid Afternoon: Low-Fat Greek Yoghart and 2 Ricecakes

    Pre-Workout: Whey Protein
    During: Sports Energy Drink
    After: Whey Protein. Banana.

    Dinner: Chicken and Jacket Potatoe with Salad.Fruit.

    Before Bed: ZMA on Empty Stomach.
