    Most people don't have enough hours in a day to sleep more than six hours a day. I try to take a nap on the weekends and my body catches up to where I should be but the cycle starts over again on Monday.

        The most benefical sleep is from 10 pm to 2 am this helps you the most and keeps you fresh

        Btw im writing this at half 3 in the morning .Im cant even follow my own advice

          I very rarely fall asleep before 12am
