Manny just told the media in a room that he agreed because what else is he going to say with cameras and reporters in his face? Floyd and his camp are still screaming for him to accept the tests so obviously there was nothing concrete. Manny should have said in his interview about Mayweather/Ortiz that if Floyd gets passed Ortiz then they both will take the test and fight. The tests is the only issue and Manny is doing lil to address it. This is how his interview should have looked.

“That’s good [regarding Mayweather-Ortiz],� Pacquiao told the Bulletin. “Ortiz is a southpaw like me so I think Mayweather is preparing [to get used to a lefthander]. If he gets past Ortiz, (I will accept his testing demands) [then we can fight].�

That's all he needed to say.

First of all, have you ever heard Mayweather Sr talk? Does he hardly sound intelligent, or credible???? Did the Mayweather Clan demand drug testing from Dela Hoya, Hatton, Mosley, Marquez or Ortiz???? I doubt it; maybe Mosley. Maybe. Pacquiao already agreed to testing, and $65M, and Floyd selects Ortiz for maybe $10M-$15M. That's just how scared Floyd is, and his dad is out there trying to handle image control. Mayweather is slow playing things hoping someone else exposes, hurts, or beats Pacquiao then they won't have to fight him. Ortiz????? He got stopped in 6 rounds by Maidana! Why didn't he fight Maidana????? Would he not take a drug test too, or is it that he, like Pacquiao, hit "like a Fu*#n mule kick", as Mike Tyson once described how hard Razor Ruddock hits. Floyd lacks courage. Unfortunately he guessed wrong with Ortiz, and he'll shock the world and knock Floyd out. Then what????

????? You don't think that it would be in Manny's best interest image wise to take the tests? It never crossed your mind that it is a good move? Or that if he really wants people to know that he is on the up and up to take the tests? Does he really want the fight? If so, take the tests if that is all that is needed. I think Pac is pathetic for putting up this much restraint over giving blood. I tell you one thing. IF he is taking for sure and he gets caught (And they always do at some point) his country is going to be shamed big time. Everything he worked for is going down the drain. I would think as a congressman and athlete of the people that he would just take it and get it over with BUT he's not. IF he is not guilty of taking performance inhancement drugs, then he is doing a great impression of a guilty person.

Why do you guys continue to ignore the fact that Manny has already said that he is willing to take the test even between rounds? Manny made it simple so that everyone would understand. How is this, just pretend it was Floyd who said those words, "I will take the test". You would then be OK with it, right?

If I get pulled over, and a cop asks me to blow into the bag, will he listen to my excuse..... "but you cant test me, I have no history of DUI"?

Will the judge give me bail because..... "I have no history of violence"?

Will my employer excuse me from drug testing because..... "I have no history of substance abuse"?

That is all rubbish.

Hundreds of world class athletes and world champions undertake OST's every single year. Get this..... if one of them refuses a blood test, then they will be instantly stripped of any titles/medals, they will be banned from competition, and they will be publicly labeled a drug cheat.

OST's are completely harmless, it is absurd for you to question why Mayweather asked, and yet not question why Pacquiao refused.

BTW, tell me why you think Manny refused, tell me which one of those 7 ridiculous reasons you believed? Which one of those 7 different ridiculous excuses was good enough in your opinion to kill a $40mil fight.

your best shot at this is to provide entirely different situations, totally unrelated to the testing's ducky excuse? get this, boxing doesn't require blood tests, and floyd isn't a commission. when the commissions enforce it, if pacquiao retires then i'll question him.

until then, floyd found a way out of the fight. he's done it before, just with different excuses
