This, although I wasn't sure as too where I should place Fitzsimmons, he was born in UK but moved to New Zealand when he was young and learnt his trade there.

If I put Fitzsimmons in Europe then there's a few names for Australia, not sure who I'd go for, Fennech, Rose, Sands or Darcy.
(Although Sands and Darcy went and died in their primes )

...but I have not put a huge amount of thought into this compilation, & am open to cross-arguments on it. Seems obvious North America is the most competitive market, & Australia, the least competitive.
