Thanks.
Rocky Marciano went professional at 23 or 24.
I was reading about another guy last week who started pretty late (early 20's, like 23) and I can't remember who it was.

I don't know if TS takes the amateur career into account or not though
if he does, Tarver is not a good choice

I heard Bonecrusher Smith took it up at 28. Shavers didn't have his first amateur bout till 22
