Vargas is greater, I'd pick Briscoe over Vargas if they fought though.

Championships were easy to come by, when Vargas fought. Compared to when Briscoe fought. Also alot more Jr. and Super Titles to win. Philly's Bennie Briscoe was more solid than Vargas. Bennie by KO!!
