Pickens must have been pretty slim that year. I checked out Knute Hansen as the name just stuck out to me and he had two losses by KO at the end of 1928, and TKO in the middle of 1929, with one win by DQ over a 5-10 fighter.... then went on to lose the rest of his fights for his career.
