Liam Paro narrowly outweighed Jonathan Navarro ahead of his return to the ring following his first defeat.

The Australian fights for the first time since sacrificing the IBF junior-welterweight title to Richardson Hitchins in December. He came in at 143.75bs and therefore half a pound heavier than the 143.25lbs Navarro, who at 28 years old is the younger fighter by a year.

At junior lightweight Paro’s fellow Australian Liam Wilson fights Ayrton Osmar Gimenez of Argentina. Wilson, 29 years old, was 129.74lbs; the 26 year old Gimenez was 129.23lbs.
