Weights are set for a Saturday night of boxing in a newly acquired Russian city of Sevastopol in Crimea Peninsula.

In the main event, WBA "Interim" middleweight titleholder and WBA #1 rated middleweight Dmitry Chudinov (13-0-2, 8 KOs) faces rugged WBA #12 Frenchman Mehdi Bouadla (30-5, 11 KOs) (neither boxer is rated by TBRB) in the second defense of him minor title.  Chudinov hit the scales at 159.6 lb. for Friday's weigh-in, while Bouadla was found to be slightly lighter at 159.4 lb.

The title status surrounding the fight only lends further confusion to the plethora of alphabet belts. WBA #2 Australian Jarrod Fletcher collides with WBA #4 American Daniel Jacobs later tonight in the United States for a "regular" variety of the belt, taking place just hours following the conclusion of this bout. 

The only universally recognized WBA beltholder in this weight class is WBA "Super" champion Gennady Golovkin. 

In a co-main event, WBA #7 ranked Russian sensation Arif Magomedov (11-0, 8 KOs) takes on experienced Brit Patrick Mendy (15-7-1, 1 KO) for a vacant WBA I/C title in the very same weight class. 

Magomedov only debuted as a pro a year ago and racked up eight wins (six by way of KO) in 2013, capturing Russian national title along the way. Former Prizefighter super middleweight winner Mendy fought Chudinov to a draw the last year. The ethnic Gambian weighed in at 159.8, while Magomedov was at 159 pounds.

The tourney, promoted by Vladimir Hryunov, will also feature three non-title affairs:
Konstantin Piternov (15-5, 6 KOs) vs. Dilmurod Satybaldiev (4-1, 2 KOs) - 10 rounds, super middleweights
Ramal Amanov (5-0) vs. Abraham Peralta (14-3, 12 KOs) - 10 rounds, light welterweights
Pavel Doroshilov (pro debut) vs. Danny Williams (46-22, 35 KOs) - 6 rounds, heavyweights
