Andre Ward and Carl Froch both successfully made weight for their widely anticipated Super Six World Boxing Classic finale Saturday night at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Ward (24-0, 13KO) came in at the super middleweight divisional limit of 168 lb, while Froch (28-1, 20KO) was slightly lighter at 167.5 lb.

The winner of Saturday’s main event – which airs live on Showtime (9PM ET/PT) – will be crowned Super Six champion, as well as earning recognition as the lineal super middleweight champion while serving as the frontrunner for 2011’s Fighter of the Year.
