Virgil Hunter, the trainer for super middleweight king Andre Ward (26-0, 14KOs), told krikya360.com that IBF/WBA "regular" champion Carl Froch (31-2, 22Kos) is putting his own back against the wall with his recent trash talk. In the opinion of Hunter, Froch has a duty to his family to back up his recent statements, and face Ward, or run the risk of having his own son, Rocco, question his career in a few years.

Ward won a twelve round unanimous decision over Froch in the final bout of the Super Six tournament in 2011.

"His son is going to ask him 'Daddy, why didn't you go back and fight this guy? I saw that you were running your mouth. I saw that you were talking about him and said that you could beat him but you never tried," Hunter told krikya360.com.

“He needs to rectify that before that day comes about, when he gets questioned by his own son. Then there is no telling what he might do."
