As krikya360.com first reported on Saturday, David Haye will face Australian Mark De Mori on January 16.
The former world heavyweight champion makes his comeback after three-and-a-half years out of the ring.
Haye, 35, has not fought since knocking out Dereck Chisora in 2012.
The Londoner said: “I'm so happy to be able to step back through the ropes and back into the ring, where I do my best work.
“I've always set the bar high in my career, and I will continue to do so. Please sit back and get ready for another fun-fuelled heavyweight campaign to the very top.”
Haye lost his WBA heavyweight title in 2011 in unification fight with Wladimir Klitschko.
The British fighter came back to settle a rivalry with Chisora before pulling out of two fights with Tyson Fury through injury.
Haye will be trained by Shane McGuigan, the son of former featherweight world champion Barry.
He added: “It's been a long three and a half years out, with many ups and downs, but ‘The Hayemaker’ is finally back, and ready to do what I do best.
“I've a new team, new look and new inspiration to achieve my goals.”
