In order to further enhance the training and professional nature of boxing referees and judges in the Dominican Republic, the Office of the National Boxing Commissioner, announced a big boxing celebration for this week with multiple international training seminar. Various boxing figures have arrived in the country to participate. Sampson Boxing LLC is one of the event sponsors. The promotional company flew in the officials from the United States to take part in the seminars.

Based on the information received from boxing journalist Franklin Nunez, the seminars were described as "highly positive."

"We have excellent judges and referees as shown above and below the ring, but it never hurts others to continue to acquire new knowledge from people who are skilled in the art," said Nunez.
