Augmenting its roster of future champions from New England, DiBella Entertainment has inked unbeaten lightweight prospect Ryan “The Polish Prince” Kielczewski.

Carrying that nickname because of his proud heritage, Kielczewski, 21, of Quincy, MA, made a big impression in his last fight, on DiBella Entertainment’s Broadway Boxing, scoring an easy six round decision over Juan Nazario.

Already in the DBE fold from New England are middleweight contender Peter Manfredo, Jr., of Providence, RI, and super middleweight prospect Edwin Rodriguez, of Worcester, MA.

Kielczewski (8-0, 2 KOs) was an amateur standout, finishing second in the 2008 National Golden Gloves at 125 lbs. before turning pro later that year at just 19 years of age. The early start to his pro career gives Kielczewski plenty of time to hone his skills. Being signed with DBE will provide the young pug with a steady stream of activity to help him reach his full potential.

“DiBella Entertainment is the best around; I’ve heard that from everyone,” said Kielczewski. “Now I can focus on learning each day in the gym. I am getting better every day.”

The addition of DiBella Entertainment adds another piece to an already strong advisory group supporting Kielczewski. He is managed by his father, Rick, and advised by Sampson Lewkowicz, making him a stablemate of reigning middleweight champion, Sergio Martinez.

“I am honored to be working with Ryan,” said Lewkowicz. “He is not only a good fighter, but also a great person, whose heritage is from the home country of my father, Poland. I have no doubt he will be a world champion.”

Kielczewski is eyeing November for his return to the ring to make his official DiBella Entertainment debut.
