BALTIMORE, MD - Chris Middendorf has launched UNITED BOXERS, a new promotional company which will present its first event on Friday, April 15th at the Maryland Sportsplex in Millersville, just south of Baltimore.

The inaugural UNITED BOXERS EVENT will showcase an All-Star Card of the area’s best young talent including cruiserweight Russ “The Hammer” Shiflett, 9-0-1 (5KO’s), who will be featured in the main event.

Also battling will be fellow undefeated prospects; welterweight Emmanuel "The Tranzformer” Taylor, 10-0-0 (8KO’s), welterweight James “Keep’em Sleepin” Stevenson, 13-0-0 (10KO’s) and cruiserweight “Slick” Nick Kisner, 7-0-0 (5KO’s).

Rounding out the all-action event will be longtime Baltimore area favorites; super middleweight Mike “The Persecutor” Paschall, 21-2-1 (4KO’s), junior middleweight Ishmael “The Arsenal” Irvin, 15-2-4 (7KO’s) and middleweight Jesse “The Beast” Nicklow, 20-1-3 (7KO’s).

Said Middendorf, “We have six events planned for the Maryland area with the next one on May 21st at the Maryland Sportsplex and then every other month in Maryland. We will also be promoting several events in Washington D.C. and Virginia.”

“In all of the shows that I have done, my goal has been to showcase the best talent in the area together with world class talent from across the country.  The fans see their home grown young stars as well as being exposed to some talented athletes that they may not know. And if done correctly, it grows the fan base for all of the boxers. This is obviously an important part of the approach of UNITED BOXERS,” continued Middendorf.

Ticket information will be announced later this week for the inaugural UNITED BOXERS EVENT, presented in association with promoter Gene Molovinsky. Tables will be available for $1,000, $750 and $500 with general admission tickets priced at $35. For more details on this event, please email info@unitedboxers.com
