Downtown Las Vegas Events Center, Las Vegas, Nevada - In the main event former junior featherweight titlist Rico Ramos improved his record to 27-5 with a dominating unanimous decision victory over Erik Ruiz (16-6). Ramos hand speed was too much for the upset specialist.

The final tallies read 98-92 and 100-90 twice.

Unbeaten bantamweight Max Ornelas (8-0) kept his perfect record intact with an unanimous decision victory over Felipe Rivas (17-19-4). Ornelas used his reach advantage to outbox his opponent. The final tallies read 60-54 and 59-55 twice.

In a lightweight battle, local Las Vegan Salvador Lopez (4-1) was upset by Ivan de la Madrid (3-1). Lopez hit the canvas in the middle of the second round but was able to rise to his feet. He was badly wobbled again in the third and suffered a nasty cut below his left eye. He went down again in the fourth but it was ruled a slip. The final scored were 38-37 twice and a head scratching 38-38.

In the evening's opening bout Mariana Ramirez (3-1) won a majority decision over Judit Pereira (1-1) l in their light flyweight bout.

In the main event later tonight, super bantamweight champion Rico Ramos (26-5) will face upset specialist Erik Ruiz (16-5-1) in a featherweight bout.

The action takes place at the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center.
