Felix-Promotion had a sold out house - 1860 spectators - for their show in Saturday in Szekesfehervar (Hungary). In the main event super featherweight Zoltan Kovacs (18-5-1) outscored Cosmas Cheka (17-7-5 to win the vacant WBO Euro title. Cheka is from Tanzania but is based in Russia.

In other action welter Balasz Torteli (10-1) outscored veteran Gyorgy Miszei, Jr, (24-20) to win the vacant Hungarian title and middleweight Norbert Harcza (7-0) beat Estonian Sergei Melis (26-23) over six.

53-year old heavyweight Andreas Sidon, former (and still?) WBB champion of the World, returned after a year and a half out. Sidon stopped Danny Williams, yes, that Danny Williams, in the fifth when referee Arno Pokrandt apparently had seen enough of this wrestling match. Sidon vs Williams was one of the main fights on a show in an autoshop in Kassel (Germany).

Promoter Oeczan Cetinkaya headlined the show and stopped Pole Lukasz Rusiewicz in four to win the GBA version of the International German title at cruiserweight.

There were no purse bids in Rome yesterday for Kubrat Pulev´s mandatory defence of the EBU heavyweight title against Pole Mariusz Wach. Instead the purse bids will now go ahead on November 21. Meanwhile it appears that Pulev is still scheduled to fight former world champion Samuel Peter in Sofia (Bulgaria) on December 3.

EBU bantamweight champion Karim Guerfi (25-3) makes the first defence of the title he won against Ryan Farrag on January 17 in Paris when he takes on Belgian Stephane Jamoye (30-7). Jamoye lost to Farrag on October of last year but the held the EBU title 2012-13.
