Thousands of fans crowded the Plaza de Armas of San Juan, Jalisco, to get a good look at the former WBC world middleweight champion, Julio César Chávez Jr., who on Saturday will return to the ring, hoping win big and then secure the opportunity to regain his status as a champion of the world.

Chavez Jr. will face Colombian Elvert Bravo, this Saturday at the Antonio R. Márquez Stadium of the Jalisco municipality, which can be seen through airwaves of TV Azteca.

After two years of inactivity, after losing to Saul "Canelo" Álvarez, Chávez Jr. made it clear that he wants revamp his career with impressive performances.

After doing a couple of rounds of shadow boxing and the mitts, Chavez had the opportunity to hang out with the fans, with whom he posed with for photos and signed numerous autographs.
