The World Boxing Council (WBC) silver flyweight champion Luis "El Nica" Concepcion and Argentine challenger Nestor Narvaez met face to face at the final press conference to promote their showdown on August 3rd in Panama. Concepcion has 28 wins (21 KO) and 3 losses while Narvaez, the younger brother of super flyweight champion Omar Narvaez, has 19 wins (9 KO), 1 loss and two draws.
