On March 10th, former title challenger Bernabe Concepcion will find himself in a risky situation as he will be facing off with unbeaten Miguel ‘Mikey’ Garcia at the Roberto Clemente Coliseum in San Juan, Puerto Rico as part of a Showtime-televised doubleheader.
Concepcion may just be just 24 years old but he has been a professional for nearly eight years now and is just 2-3 in his last five bouts. The Garcia fight can be looked at as a desperate situation for the Catanduanes, Philippine native, as a loss will leave him with many question marks and another trip to the drawing board.
Concepcion is said to have been sparring for the past few weeks and according to a source within his camp claims he is working with a new trainer out of a new gym.
