Chocks away!  At the  Ohashi Boxing Gym Yokohama City, WBC flyweight champion Akira Yaegashi (20-3-10 KOs) showed he's keyed up and ready...bar nothing, for the fourth defense of his crown on September 6th.

In a public workout, Akira buzzed through two sparring rounds, with a speed and fluency which greatly impressed to the assembled Japanese press.

The WBC's flyweight champion acknowledges life isn't a box of chocolates, and he's facing by far the toughest fight of his career. But he insists his meticulous preparation will be vindicated with sweet victory.

His opponent is undefeated Nicaraguan, Roman "Chocolatito" González (39-0-33KOs), who's absolutely choc a block determined to became world champion in three different divisions.

Roman praises the champion as a man with a big heart and as a great fighter. But stresses that won't deflect him in his outright quest for victory.
