Kopalnia Soli, Wieliczka, Poland - Pawel Glazewski (18-1, 4 KOs) was ridin high after his spirited effort in Roy Jones fight, but he was put down to Earth by a less heralded opponent. Sofiane Sebihi (19-3, 13 KOs) of Switzerland gave Glazewski fits in a rugged brawl, which saw both of the fighters taste the canvas in a wild second round, following big right hands. Otherwise, both combatants were involved into a high-octane action, which was filled with zeal but lacked the skills to support it. Glazewski was probably the smarter and smoother of the two but Sebihi landed several eye-catching blows as well and had his Polish foe on the brink of going down in rounds seven and eight, his best of the fight.
After ten rounds, all three judges had it unanimously for the Pole with wide margins: 98-94, 99-92 and 100-91. Glazewski is now Polish International light heavyweight titlist.

Two undefeated super middleweights with (arithmetically) similar records - one from the United Kingdom and one from Poland - collided in a heated eight-rounder, and the Pole came out as a winner with the cut-induced seventh-round TKO. The victor was Anrzej Soldra (5-0, 4 KOs), who outboxed and outfought the Spain-based Brit Ricky Dennis Pow (now 8-1, 6 KOs) over six rounds and also set a bad cut on his nose and then near his left eye. Midst into the seventh, the referee asked for doctor to take a look at Pow's face, and the ringside physician signalized the latter was in no position to continue fighting. Soldra looked a more solid of the two in the first six rounds.

Anton Sjomkin (13-8-1, 11 KOs) of Estonia continued his downslide after another loss, his fifth in the last six bouts, this time to Polish super middleweight Lukasz Wawrzyczek (15-1-2, 2 KOs) via a unanimous decision over eight, fairly even rounds. BoxingScene had it 78-75 - for the Pole.
