Former WBA Heavyweight world champion Lucas “Big Daddy” Browne will look to bounce back from his stoppage loss to Dillian Whyte in March, when he faces Julius “Towering Inferno” Long at the Gold Coast Convention Centre, Qld Australia tomorrow night.

Browne tipped the scales at 116.4kg / 256lbs with Long coming in at 141kg / 310lbs. The pair have previously fought in 2015 with Browne stopping Long in 9 rounds. Long is coming off perhaps the best win of his career with a points victory over Bowie Tupou.

“I took the last fight with Lucas Browne on three days notice. I gave him hell. What’s he think I’m going to do with a full preparation? I’m going to knock him the f___ out,” said Long who stands 7’1.

“I’m happy to come in in such good shape,” countered Browne. “I don’t like to give predictions for fights but I like to end them by knockout. This fight is no different. I’m happy with my camp, everything has gone well and I’m looking forward to putting on a show”.

Undefeated heavyweight prospect Kye Brooks (3-0, 2 KOs) and fellow stablemate, heavyweight Jonathan Rice (8-3-1, 4 KOs), both who are managed by Greg Hannley of Prince Ranch Boxing, will be fighting in separate four-round bouts this Saturday, September 29, 2018, in Tijuana, MX.

Brooks, who last fought in April of this year, hails from Las Vegas, NV, and is trained by former two-time world champion Bones Adams. Standing 6'4, Brooks will look to extend on his undefeated record.

"I'm going to come out firing early in this fight," said a confident Kye Brooks. "It's been a few months since I last fought so I'm eager to get in the ring and do some damage. Mexico is like a second home to me since all my fights have took place there. I'll be looking to get my third knockout."

Rice, who is trained by former world champion, Wayne McCulloh, resides in Los Angeles, California. Rice recently fought in San Antonio, TX, earlier this month, where we won a lopsided six-round unanimous decision.

"I'm happy to be getting right back in the ring," stated Jonathan Rice. "Now that I got Wayne McCulloh in my corner, I'm seeing the difference in my performance. I'm hurting guys in sparring and my confidence is at an all time high. I'm going to set up all my combinations with a nice jab, with the thought of knocking out my opponent."

Undefeated Toledo fireman, DeAndre Ware, will look to make a big statement this Friday night when he takes on fellow undefeated foe Cem Kilic in the opening bout of a ShoBox: The New Generation card live on SHOWTIME® (10 PM ET/PT) at Pechanga Resort in Temecula, Calif.

Ware (12-0-2, 8 KOs) is looking to the capitalize on the opportunity the scheduled eight-round super middleweight bout after Kilic's original opponent Donnie Marshall fell out of the fight.

Ware, who is coming off his most significant win when he scored a majority decision over undefeated Enrique Collazo on June 9th, is looking to throw himself right in the mix in the talented super middleweight division
