In January he fought to an eight-round draw against Marvin Cordova in Phoenix and stopped Tomas Barrientes by TKO in five rounds in April. The veteran Clottey, the older brother of Joshua Clottey, who defeated Felix Flores on the last VERSUS Fight Night telecast earlier this month, has not fought since being upset by Germaine Sanders in New York in April.
