Last night at the Robert Treat in Yonkers, New York - Junior Welterweight Michael Torres scored his most impressive win to date. Competing against Kpapke Allotey of Ghana (16-5, 14KOs), Torres dominated the bout from the opening bell.
Allotey went down twice from hard right hands in the first, was dropped again in the second and twice more in the third before referee Eddie Cotton halted the action. Torres moves to (12-0, 7KOs) and is ready to take on all junior welterweights in the rankings.
