Mariana "Barby" Juarez and Jackie "Princesa Azteca" Nava, two of the most popular female fighters, will share a card on August 11 at the Mexico City Arena.
The announcement of the event will be made by Zanfer Promotions and Promociones del Pueblo on July 12 in Mexico City and it should be noted that both companies also reached an agreement for broadcasting the match through TV Azteca and Televisa, simultaneously with their own commentators.
On this starlight night, Mariana Juárez (49-9-4, KOs), will defend the WBC female bantamweight crown, in a rematch bout against the Japanese fighter Terumi Nuki (10-3, 7 KOs).
While the " Princesa Azteca "(33-4-3, 14 KOs), will again face and fight the Venezuelan Alys Sanchez (15-4-1, 4 KOs), with the the WBC International Bantamweight belt on the line.
If the two of them win, the next stage is for Nava and Juarez to royally clash during the final months of this year.
IN OTHER NEWS: Split-T Management has signed undefeated super middleweight Anthony Barnes.
Barnes of West Bloomfield, Michigan has a record of 10-0 with 8 knockouts.
The 27 year-old Barnes began boxing at the age of 15, and racked up an amateur record of 62-10 with 25 knockouts.
Barnes was a five-time Michigan Golden Gloves Champion.
He turned professional on October 12, 2012 with a 3rd round stoppage over Steve Wofford. Barnes has continued to win, and is coming off a 1st round stoppage over veteran Lenwood Dozier on April 13th in Detroit.
Barnes, who is trained by Javan "Sugar" Hill, has juggled his career with being a Process Server.

Barnes will be back in action this Friday night, July 13th, when he takes on Dwayne Williams in a six-round bout on a show that is promoted by Carlos Llinas CLIP Promotions at The MotorCity Casino Hotel in Detroit.
