Dover Downs - The main event between Amir "Hardcore" Mansour (19-0) and Maurice "Mo Bettah" Harris (26-18-2) turned out to be more of tactical warfare instead of an all-out brawl that many were expecting.  Even though there wasn't a highlight reel KO, it was a very exciting match up.  Both men had their moments throughout the 12 round affair for the USBA Heavyweight title.

Mansour was the aggressor throughout the fight.  He mixed up a body attack with a head attack on the much taller Harris.  The more experienced Harris was able to stay in the fight using his height, while landing some quality punches of his own.  As the fight wore on, Harris was quicker to become fatigued as Mansour continued to apply pressure - which was the difference maker when it came to the judging.  Since his return in 2010 this was the only time Mansour has gone the distance.  After 12 rounds, the judges scored the fight 116-112 and 120-108 x2 for your winner via unanimous decision Mansour.

Omar "Super O" Douglas (10-0) showed why he is a highly touted super featherweight prospect when he dismantled journeyman Anthony Napunyi (14-14) in a little over a minute of the 1st with a vicious body shot.  Napunyi was dropped hard and unable to make it to his feet forcing the referee to make the 10 count, making Douglas the winner via KO at the 1:11 mark.

Edgar Santana (28-4) continued his comeback trail against Luis Hernandez (22-7).  Santana was in control of the fight dominating the action against Hernandez.  Hernandez had his moments against Santana landing some pretty good shots but it was Santana who showed true power.  Santana sent Hernandez in the 3rd and 5th round only to have Hernandez rise to his feet and continue to fight.  It wasn't until a vicious left hook in the 6th round buckled his knee and sent Hernandez to the canvas forcing the referee to wave off the action.  The winner via TKO at the 2:16 mark of Round 6, Edgar Santana.

The battle of undefeated cruiserweights between Lamont Singletary (6-0) & Earl Platt (3-1) was an absolute war.  Lamont had a dominant 1st round knocking Platt all around the ring.  The only thing Platt seemed to be able to do was clinch in the 1st but the second round Platt jumped back in the mix with a cut bleeding from the bridge of his nose.  Singletary seemed gassed from his first round onslaught so he did not have as much pop trying to keep Platt at bay.  Singletary started counter punching Platt successfully who was switching back and forth from southpaw to orthodox.  Platt had his moments throughout the fight but it was not enough at the final bell.  The judges scored the bout 40-36 across the board in favor of Lamont Singletary.

Welterweight prospect Dusty Hernandez-Harrison (17-0) overpowered veteran Guillermo Valdes (12-5) and punished him throughout the fight.  Harrison started strong and began to bully Valdes around the ring in the 1st.  Harrison then dropped Valdes with a left to the body followed by a left to the head in the 2nd.  Harrison kept on the pressure, punishing Valdes in the 3rd & 4th round until the referee called a halt to the action at the 45 second mark of the 4th round after a flurry of punches.

Joey Tiberi (11-1) dominated the outmatched Darrell Martin (4-15) over the course of 4 rounds.  Tiberi simply outboxed Martin, who seemed unwilling to engage.  After 4 rounds of action the judges scored the bout 38-37 & 40-36 x 2 in favor of Tiberi.

In the opening bout of the evening, John "Church Boy" Bowman (7-0-1) put on a clinic against Kenneth Moody (2-5-1) throughout 4 rounds.  Bowman  consistently pushed Moody against the ropes for all 4 rounds landing clear combinations.  Moody simply had no answer for Bowman's speed from the opening bell.  At the end of 4 rounds the judges scored the bout 40-36 across the board for Bowman.
