Mogens Palle, co-promoter for Danish Fight Night along with Brian Nielsen, tells TV 2 Sporten that he no longer will promote fights with Lolenga Mock. Mock is the highest ranked of the DFN fighters and has headlined no less than eleven shows since December of 2015 - winning all.
It was more or less a done deal that Mock would fight John Ryder in Denmark during the spring. Ryder beat Patrick Nielsen in his last fight and thus made a name for himself in Denmark - and it was here when the problems first started when Mock's trainer and advisor Ivan De Lima stated that his fighter should have more money.
Palle countered with that Mock doesn´t sell tickets and that each and every DFN show until this point has lost money.
Ryder has now signed a contract to fight Jamie Cox and the DFN program moves on with two shows in the work for the spring - both without Mock.
DFN have also signed two of Denmark´s best amateurs in Allan Mahfoud and Diana Nadim.
As for Mock, there is a book about his life written by Tanja Clausager called "Lolenga Mock - Manden der aldrig giver op as in "the man that never gives up" soon to be released and there´s probably more to come in regards of Palle vs Mock
