WBA/IBO/IBF middleweight champion Gennady "GGG" Golovkin (34-0, 31KOs) has no intention of moving up in weight in the near future.

Golovkin wants to capture every major title in the middleweight division before he decides on a move to 168-pounds.

On Saturday night at New York's Madison Square Garden, Golovkin stopped David Lemieux (34-3, 31KOs) in the eight round of their three title unification bout.

With the win, Golovkin becomes the mandatory challenger to WBC middleweight champion Miguel Cotto, who defends his title against Saul "Canelo" Alvarez on November 21 at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.

Per a recent order from the WBC, the Cotto-Canelo winner will have to face Golovkin next or give up the belt. Golovkin plans to be ringside for the fight.

If Golovkin fights and beats the winner of that bout, that would leave the WBO championship as the last remaining piece to Golovkin's unification puzzle. The current WBO champion is Andy Lee.

"I want all the belts, now I have two. The winner of Cotto-Canelo for sure will be next. I'm not sure who will win that fight, but I want to fight the winner next. I'm staying at 160 until I have all the belts," Golovkin said.
