I can tell you, you have too many batters. Should've countered Morton for ****ey and another pitcher rather than Granderson. Right now your team is basically like Brush's team. He underestimates pitching.
Beltran should go, Desmond should go, Reyes needs to go, Adam Frazier sucks. While I am against adding relievers, you have no choice because all good/decent starters are taken or on DL. Add Devenski, Jim Johnson, Greg Holland, and Corey Knebel. These are 4 of the best RP's in baseball right now.
