I wouldn't keep either of them. First of all our league's score settings favors homers, rbi's, strikeouts, and big things like grand slams, shut outs, complete games, perfect games. Not saves, and innings pitched is best when it adds up for starters.
I wouldn't care about Chapman at all, I doubt anyone would pick him up if you drop him. He's pointless in our league, he'd be good for category leagues. Cole Hamels is subpar for our league too, 32.2 innings pitched and only 15 strikeouts.
I'd drop both, put Freeman in that DL spot and you will have an extra spot for a free agent.
